The location on the main square was excellent, but the breakfast was an extra €14.

The view from the breakfast room of the Tuscan landscape was fantastic, and the quality of the breakfast was very good.

We could book breakfast for €14 extra, and it was totally worth it with a fantastic view over Tuscany; the location was perfect, with Gelateria Dondoli right outside the door. Breakfast should have been included, and maybe a window in the bathroom… otherwise everything was great!
