“Peaceful and relaxing place”

If you’re looking to escape crowds and enjoy calm, quiet days, this place fits the bill; Giuseppe, a lovely and helpful host, cooked amazing breakfasts, offered dining and swimming tips, and on our last day let us keep our luggage a bit longer after check‑out so we could linger at the beach—very considerate. The rooms were cleaned daily, and the surrounding area is lush and beautiful. It’s a 15‑minute walk to Riaci beach and a 35‑minute walk to Tropea city centre, so having a car is advisable, especially in the heat. The room felt a bit small for some, but it was fine for us.

Giuseppe’s hospitality is exceptional and welcoming! The breakfast was abundant and delicious. The room was clean and the location excellent!

The host offered the greatest value. We arrived in the evening and he offered to take us to the station because the accommodation is a 15‑20 minute walk from the train station and we didn’t want to get lost. He was very sweet and was available all week for anything that happened. On the last day we also received a slice of cake and coffee for breakfast because we were rushing to the train and wouldn’t have time to eat. Tropea is 5 minutes by car, 30‑35 minutes on foot. I can only recommend it!

“A casa di Picci, ospitalità IMMENSA E AUTENTICA🥰”

Giuseppe is a wonderful person and an authentic, unique host. His sincere and genuinely Calabrian hospitality made us feel great, and if we ever return to Tropea we will definitely come back. The location is excellent, the view is spectacular and wild 🤩. Nothing significant to complain about, just a suggestion: a slightly quieter air‑conditioner would be perfect 🙃.
