Hotel Stadt Grevenbroich mit Klimaanlage

“Gutes Hotel”

The hotel sits in a central spot, is well equipped and clean. The breakfast feels standard and could use some improvement.

“Location and parking were okay but the reception and breakfast need to be improved”

The location and parking were fine. Even with the climate control, the room stayed too hot, and the system made so much noise that it couldn't run all night. Getting into the room was a hassle because of the coded entrance; I happened to snap a photo of the code before it vanished, otherwise I wouldn't have accessed my room. Breakfast had to be taken from the fridge and was cold, with no staff to help.

“Tolles Hotel”

The location, bed, and room with a fridge were excellent; the bathroom was a bit small but otherwise everything was present. Unfortunately there was no elevator, yet we managed to reach the 1st and 2nd floors.

Check‑in was smooth thanks to a code, everything seemed well thought out, and I received a great introductory email beforehand. A motion sensor lights up at night.
