The air in the room was awful, like a chemical cleaner that made me worry about cancer, and the bed felt like a rock. I would have left if I hadn’t been on the road for hours and it was almost midnight.

The hotel’s ongoing remodeling fixed many features and upgraded the place, giving us a large, fairly comfortable room and attentive staff. However, some services were still unavailable because of the construction, such as the pool and a few ice machines, and we saw unfinished work during our stay.
