Unfortunately, my stay was let down by the hotel's disappointing food options, which failed to meet my expectations in most areas, except for the breakfast spread, which was a rare highlight. The dining experience was a letdown, and I felt that the hotel needed to make significant improvements in this regard.

I was thoroughly impressed by the hotel's luxurious atmosphere and the restaurant's ability to serve delicious, made-to-order meals that truly exceeded my expectations. The hotel's high standards and commitment to quality made for a truly memorable stay.

“Poor Service and client relation”

I was initially drawn in by the hotel's attractive exterior, but unfortunately, my experience was marred by subpar dining facilities and inflexible meal times. The canteen staff seemed to operate on their own schedule, refusing to serve food outside of designated hours, which was quite inconvenient. While the hotel's appearance was impressive, its internal workings left much to be desired.
