The stay was disappointing with poor service and management; although the location was convenient, the overall experience didn’t justify the cost.

The rooms are spacious and the bed feels super comfy; there’s no mould, which is a bonus, and the mountain view is nice.

Breakfast was excellent with a wide variety to choose from, the hotel sits in a central spot and makes it easy to reach nearby areas, and the room offers an amazing view of Mount Kanchenjunga and the valleys below. The only downside is that there’s no bar.
