I wasn’t pleased that the single beds were booked and I didn’t receive them, but I eventually got them.

We arrived around 19h after a business seminar and were shocked to find no hot water; the water was icy in the evening and again in the morning. No one thought it useful to warn us before arrival. I request a full refund.

No hot water in the whole hotel since 12/10/26, and future guests were not told—no email, no check‑in notice.

Hotel rating 2! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Хороше розташування недалеко від метро, дуже привітний персонал. З мінусів - трохи забруднень у душовій та брудні деякі рушники, в номері на 2 тільки одне крісло
