“Never stay at this miserable place, after paying $365/per night one should expect a better service.”

The beds were clean and the toiletries were adequate, but the breakfast buffet was a total joke, especially with the $18 per person fee. We entered the breakfast area at 8:45 am, ordered an omelette, and waited an absurd 35 minutes for it, yet it never appeared. We left at 9:40 am without eating because we had to meet a party at 10:00 am. The cafeteria was poorly managed; the man who pretended to be the manager had no idea how bad the service was, and the cafeteria was almost empty of hotel guests.

“Staff was super nice, beautiful place but our stay wasn't so perfect”

The bathroom door wouldn’t lock, the toilet had issues, and the TV was very blurry. The pool was so cold that we had to call maintenance at night, and while we were in the pool a maintenance man was fixing something.

The view was amazing, the space on the property was very clean and peaceful, but there was no microwave in the room and no ice machines.

“Better than I expected but some repairs were needed.”

I loved the bed and slept great; the pool was nice and I was happy to find a working hot tub, but there was no ice machine. The hot tub needed reconditioning, the men’s locker room had no working showers, and my room 304 had a broken or missing shower head. It was an accessible room, so I was worried how a disabled person could use the shower without an extender; the shower seat is at the back of the bathtub and the water doesn’t reach with the normal shower head.
