“Molt recomanable”

The views are gorgeous, the staff are very friendly and helpful, the beds are comfortable, everything is very clean and easily reachable from the road. The only thing is that you can hear a little car noise, but it’s barely annoying and they give you earplugs to sleep.

The stay was okay overall, but we often felt like a nuisance whenever we needed to ask the staff for something. The power sockets didn’t always work, which made charging our phones difficult. We also had issues with the TV and asked staff to fix it. It worked that day, but unfortunately stopped working again the following day. At that point, we didn’t bother asking again as everything seemed like a bit of a hassle. It was also a little odd as we appeared to be the only guests staying there during our visit. The location is close to the waterfalls, which is a positive. However, we would highly recommend staying in the village instead. You’re still very close to the waterfalls, but there are far more options for places to eat and plenty more to see and do. The village also has a much nicer atmosphere, with more people around and lots of lovely little restaurants and places to explore. For food, we would definitely recommend eating at Tudah Restaurant rather than JegJeg Hotel. We had a much nicer experience there — the staff were so friendly and accommodating, we never felt rushed or like we were being pushed to leave, and the food was honestly much better. It had such a lovely, relaxed and welcoming atmosphere, and we really enjoyed our time there. Definitely our pick if you’re in the area!

“Gelukkig bleven we maar 2 nachten”

Nothing special, the staff did their best. The building is dated, and there hasn’t been any investment for a while.

The hotel sits perfectly with a valley view, sunset, and mountains—absolutely beautiful—and its location is ideal for starting hikes to the waterfalls. The only drawback isn’t the hotel itself; there’s no footpath into Munduk village.
