“A treat to stay in such a beautiful property.”

The bed was comfortable, and the place was absolutely quiet. We appreciated the large rooms, tasteful décor, the heated pool overlooking the sea, and the tennis court. The kitchenette was very handy, and the full‑size snooker table was a great addition. A few more hooks and coat hangers in the bedroom and bathroom, a tea towel, and a wider selection of coffee pods would improve the stay, and seeing staff more often would be nice.

The venue had a pleasant vibe and was very quiet. We didn’t realize the bar was closed from Monday to Wednesday during our visit.

“Wonderful house, great facilities.”

The facilities were superb: a spacious, comfortable room, a great tennis court, impressive communal areas, and a very clean hot tub. The shower was excellent, the bed was cozy, and the smart TV worked well. The grounds were lovely to explore. The kitchenette was tiny, and other rooms seemed a bit larger; cooking was impossible except with an air fryer because there was no space. Pre‑arrival communication was awful, and after arrival the reception was inconsistent—no one was always available, though the self‑catering model was mixed. A larger communal kitchen would make a big difference.

“Spectacular property. I hope to be back one day.”

This place had everything you could wish for: stunning views, a beautiful location, and large, well‑decorated rooms with kitchenettes. The entire property was well put together. There was plenty to do—pool, hot tub, pool table, tennis court, and ping‑pong table—and a nice walk to Shanklin and Ventnor. The owners and staff were very friendly. Nothing else comes to mind.
