City Express by Marriott Matamoros

I would like the sauce for the chili to be less sticky or pasty. More fruit would be appreciated.

“Buen viaje”

The service and staff attitude were good. The bed mattress was a bit hard; it would be better if it were softer.

The rooms had air conditioning and were very clean.

“Mala experiencia, falta mantenimiento en general.”

The location was fine, but they first gave me a different room than I booked, the air‑conditioning didn’t work, then moved me to another that was only barely functional, the cleaning was subpar, and the bathroom fittings were loose, showing a serious lack of maintenance throughout the hotel.

“I really liked the room not too big just the right size.”

The rooms were spotlessly clean and the location was super convenient. The staff were very polite and professional, so I’ll definitely book again.
