After scrolling through a handful of reviews about the staff, I was a bit nervous about the welcome. In truth, the receptionist was friendly and helpful, and I didn’t encounter any of the negative behavior mentioned elsewhere. The room was plain but roomy enough to fit two suitcases side by side. It’s clearly aimed at budget‑savvy travelers, but for the price it works. Wi‑Fi and basic facilities were adequate, and breakfast was simple yet sufficient to start the day. The value for money is reasonable if you’re not after luxury. The mattress and pillows were firm, the bathroom was small and only marginally in good shape, though everything functioned. The biggest drawback was the heat: the room’s AC is off during the day and there’s no AC in the hallway or lobby, so after a shower you’re sweating again almost immediately. The female staff could smile a touch more, but I didn’t have any serious issues with them. Breakfast is very basic, so don’t expect variety.

This hostel in Phuket is perfect. Super comfy and clean, the staff are very kind and even serve breakfast. The location is great for getting around the city, within walking distance of Old Town and surrounded by cafés and restaurants. One of the best hostels I’ve stayed at!!

The hostel is very comfortable, clean, and the staff are friendly. They struggle a bit with English but genuinely want to help you have a good stay. The beds are comfortable, the mattresses are thick, and the bed frames are firm, which is appreciated in a hostel because it lets you move or get up without disturbing the person below. Honestly, the air conditioning should have a schedule. It was only on from 11:30 to 16:30, which is the only thing that bothered me.

“No reconvened. Poor facilities.”

Convenient location. Good beds. Very poor breakfast that isn’t worth it at all. The common areas are too hot—impossible to stay. They promised snacks, but there was only water and a rusty teapot. The receptionist was only around for a short time. Sensitive documents and people’s passport copies were accessible to anyone passing the reception. A cleaner was at the front desk most of the day but wouldn’t help with anything else besides check‑in and check‑out.
