The room is cozy and centrally located, clean, and the beds are comfortable. The shower and toilet are in the room with no barrier or door between the bathroom corner and the bedroom area; the bedroom has no window, only a small one near the toilet.

Very welcoming, the air conditioning is available but even without it is very livable thanks to the stones that keep the place cool.

“Fantastico weekend di relax”

The building is old but has been freshly renovated, blending historic touches like stone walls, furnishings, and flooring with modern comforts such as Wi‑Fi, a fridge, air conditioning, and a capsule coffee machine. Francesco, the very kind owner, guided us through every detail to make the most of our stay and the beauty of Noci and its surroundings, thanks to its strategic location close to Fasano, Alberobello, Castellana, and the Itria Valley in general. Be sure to try the excellent pastries at Gourmandise, just a short walk from the property. Parking might need consideration if you arrive by car: on weekdays it’s paid on the nearest street or nearby after unloading your luggage.
