Very atmospheric, with beautiful terraces overlooking the garden, super quiet and peaceful for relaxation, 4 km to lovely beaches, 8 km to Syracuse; the only issue was the lack of glasses and plates in the equipment, but we received them as soon as we asked.

“Nobile decaduta”

The place could use a full makeover to meet the basic comfort standards we now expect from a B&B, especially given its rating on Booking. The disappointing aspects were numerous: almost no welcome, a cramped room with old windows and a persistent musty dust smell, outdated and impractical furniture, loud and poorly maintained air conditioning, a bathroom lacking soap and shampoo, and a single roll of toilet paper that was literally counted and, according to the notices, could not be thrown away even that paper to avoid clogging the drains. In short, we were disappointed in every way, and it’s a shame because the location is beautiful and the potential huge, but it needs a serious investment first.

Quietly situated, good drive to places like Noto and nice swimming spots. The apartment was fine, but overall the property has lost its former glory.
