The check‑in was quick, the room was spotless, and everything ran smoothly.

The location is great and the breakfast is solid, but the TV shows adult movies that I didn’t want to see.

The room was clean and the design was calming; I appreciated the welcome drink and the eel bowl at breakfast, and the location was superb. However, staying on the 12th floor, the elevator took a long time to arrive, and with three elevators available it would help to have a shuttle‑style lift that skips intermediate floors. I also couldn’t darken the room and would like blackout curtains.
