Clean rooms and friendly staff, but the room was filled with a strong odor that felt like paint fumes or an overpowering air freshener, making it hard to sleep. I couldn’t open the window because the ground‑floor windows had no insect screens, so it felt unsafe to leave them open.

The hotel is very close to the beach, and the parking area is very nice.

The living space, gym, bedrooms, and location are good, but the wet areas are poorly maintained: bathrooms, laundry, and kitchen show age and water damage, and the toilet seats are broken.
