“設備齊全,乾淨整潔。四人房只安排住兩人,房間內空間足夠攤平行李箱。”
From 8–11 am on the upper floor living room you can get milk and cereal; you can sit there to eat, but the common area isn’t very large. The B1 level has a washing machine, fridge, water dispenser, dressing table (with hair dryer), a combined bathroom and toilet, a separate toilet, and a small separate shower (but it’s tiny). I stayed two nights, never had to wait, and everything was very clean; towels are self‑served in the cabinet. The room has a hanger and a small fabric storage rack. The pillows are really soft with no support, so it’s hard to get used to sleeping there. The room uses an electronic keypad lock; the owner gives a key that can be sensed directly, no password needed, but that key has a bell that makes a bit of noise. The sensor lock also plays music, so people who are sensitive to noise might want to think about it. The door is a sliding door that sometimes doesn’t line up with the lock, and if it’s not closed properly the lock will sound. The bathroom only has a towel hook, no platform to put clothes on, which is a bit inconvenient.
I really liked that the host doesn't cram every bed in each room; the four‑bedroom only had two guests, so the space felt wide and comfortable. This was my fourth stay, and although I was familiar with the environment, this time some aspects felt less pleasant. Every room door now has an added lock that requires a sensor to open or close, and each time it makes a loud noise; pulling the door also sounds loud. The room’s soundproofing isn’t great, and during my stay a Chinese neighbour in the adjacent room chatted loudly at 2‑3 am, making it noisy. The room had a mosquito zapper, but the cord was too short and there were no extension cords nearby, so it couldn’t be used and I got a few bites. I told the host, hoping for a quick fix, but he brought insecticide instead, which disappointed me because spraying could still stain the bedding and felt subpar. That night my skin was itchy, so I reported it and the host helped clean the mattress and changed the sheets the next day. The pillows were soft, which is not my preference; I’d like a firmer pillow next time. Overall, this fourth stay was a bit worse in noise, equipment use, and post‑arrival handling compared to previous visits.
“非常棒”
Very good.
“Great clean homey atmosphere”
The place had a cozy, clean vibe that felt like a home on a small street, reminiscent of the past. I enjoyed the experience again, especially with the metro and buses right outside the door. It was great.
“コスパ抜群”
If you’re used to dorms, you’ll find it very comfortable. There aren’t many rooms, so having two bathrooms isn’t an issue. I think there are hardly any places in central Seoul that offer this price. The scent of the air freshener in the room might be a bit strong.
