“Lovely experience”
Reception staff was amazing. Even helped us through our train bookings. The food is super delicious. The service was good. Had a lovely stay though brief as had booked it just for 1 day as the venue was close to my exam center. Not applicable
“A Disappointing Experience with Hidden Charges”
I recently had the misfortune of staying at a hotel that failed to meet my expectations in every way. From the moment I arrived, I was met with a sense of unease due to the hotel's questionable business practices. To make matters worse, the staff attempted to charge me an additional fee for a room that I had already paid for in full. The whole experience left a sour taste in my mouth and I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
