“Poor property Friendly Helpful Staff”

The staff was polite, friendly and helpful. The cleanliness was poor, there were cockroaches and other pests, and the furniture was damaged.

The hotel's service was a major letdown, with staff seemingly uninterested in helping us. We ordered breakfast at 9:15, but it took over an hour and a half to arrive, and what we got was a far cry from what we'd ordered - subzi-pudi and chole bhature turned into a sandwich and paratha. The only bright spot was Ms. Nisha, who seemed to be the only one on the ball - she's in sales, but she was proactive and professional.

“Nightmare! Don't waste your money”

This place was an absolute disaster from start to finish. The rooms were filthy, with dust covering every surface and hair scattered all over the bathroom. The taps were rusted and barely functional, and the staff seemed completely uninterested in helping. To top it all off, there was no lock on the room door, which made me feel like I was walking into a nightmare. I checked in and checked out within an hour - it was that bad.
