Hotel Nagisaya, located a 5-minute drive from JR Kiikatsuura Train Station, offers a free shuttle service and hot spring baths with an ocean view. Japanese-style rooms feature tatami flooring, futon bedding, and ocean views, along with TVs, seating areas, and electric kettles. Guests can relax in indoor/outdoor hot springs, enjoy karaoke or fishing, and dine on fresh seafood at the Marine restaurant or in-room.

The staff were all very kind, and the view from the room was excellent. The meals were tasty and plentiful, and the hotel was quiet enough to relax. The bathroom in the room felt new, but the shared restroom had a retro, Showa‑era vibe. It was a pity the café inside the hotel didn’t seem to be open.

The staff even drove me to the hotel and were very courteous, and the breakfast tasted great and felt indulgent, though the building itself was rather old.
