There was nothing good to say; the bathroom was filthy, the water wouldn’t drain and it was a nightmare, the parking height restriction wasn’t clearly marked and should have been, and I ended up paying three thousand yen for a spot—I’ll never book there again.

I appreciated the streamlined check‑in process and the ability to take newspapers with me. On the downside, the breakfast side dishes were scarce—there was no salad, no miso soup, no milk, and so on, which I understand was due to the service model.

“値段相当”

I could stay cheaply. The air conditioning was bad and the breakfast staff were unfriendly.

“まあ便利なところにあってよかった。”

Breakfast tasted great but ran out quickly, and it was nice to have both bread and rice available. The staff were kind. On the negative side, neither the TV nor its stand powered on, making it hard to read a book in the room, and none of the eateries listed on the hotel map seemed worth recommending.

The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made a big difference during my stay. The only thing I can say is that there were no major issues.
