The family‑run place is fantastic, just a stone’s throw from the lake, offers free parking and a lovely breakfast, plus a view of the historic Byzantine wall from the window. The only downside was the mosquitoes in the mornings; I only noticed a protective device later on.

The atmosphere is very friendly, and the staff at Seyir otel are widely praised for being available, kind, smiling, and always ready to help—truly a showcase of Turkish hospitality. The location is exceptional, a spot you’ll want to return to. The experience was simple yet perfect.
