The location is great, but for a five‑star property it feels truly dilapidated: there’s mold in the shower, the staff lack skill and courtesy, and the price doesn’t match the value—at best it’s a decent three‑star or a poor four‑star hotel.

The hotel’s proximity to the metro is convenient, but street noise is an issue, breakfast spots are almost never available, and the breakfast itself is very bland.

The location and overall quality of the hotel were outstanding, and I would highly recommend it, though it was a bit overpriced compared to similar nearby hotels.

The view was gorgeous, and the staff were wonderfully friendly and communicative at breakfast, but outside there are many shopping options, such as Terminál21.
