The staff were excellent, caring deeply about guests, and the location was ideal for scheduled events, yet the strong odor of cleaning solution mixed with the smell of uncleaned carpet after animal waste was off-putting, and bugs and mold appeared in the bathroom.

It was close to where I needed to go, but the elevator smelled like smoke and the carpet could use a cleaning.

The room had a mildew smell and an air‑cleaner machine was still in the room. Breakfast was poor, offering only eggs and a pancake maker that didn’t produce good pancakes; there was cereal and fruit, but no sausage or bacon.

The hotel’s location right off the freeway was great, but the signage could have been clearer and the pool was closed.
