The bed was surprisingly comfortable, but the room was just average and I wouldn’t complain. At night there was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, and by the time I checked in the supply was gone. The owners claimed that during cleaning there were three rolls, and that other guests had taken them, which feels like a flimsy excuse. I had to keep asking for more, and it felt unprofessional. I’d rather pay extra next time, but I won’t stay here again. This place is a disaster—call it CLICK THE MELINA.

Being close to the city center was a plus, and the neighbors weren’t too annoying, although the room could have been quieter. The room and common areas were clean. The mattress was a nightmare—so springy that the springs hurt my ribs for days. It’s hard to believe there are still such awful mattresses out there. The room had no desk or chair, just a coffee table and a pouf of the same height, so the bed was the only furniture. If the bed weren’t so terrible, I’d rate it much higher. I told the owners about it and wonder if they replaced it.

The location was good, and there was a TV with YouTube. The old bed creaked from springs, making it uncomfortable to sleep. The bedding was terrible, the room felt cold, the lighting was poor, there was no hair dryer, and the shower was tiny.

The location and price were good. Before check‑in we couldn’t leave our luggage, so that facility should be provided. The toilet was very small; when I sat down my head hit the door (I’m 178 cm tall and 85 kg).

The place is in the heart of the city and the room is large and spacious.
