It's very new and clean, but they changed my room without asking; the new room was smaller, had no window, and I wanted a window. They shouldn't change rooms; I paid for a larger room with a window, so it's a bad policy.

“Great location, great place, super clean and staff are all friendly and accomodating!”

The property is clean, spacious, and located in a great area; there’s a 7‑eleven next to it as well! Staff are friendly! Awesome stay! Highly recommend! There was no lift, lucky our luggages were light!

チェックイン前の時間でも荷物の預かりや、荷物の運搬など、価格も安いのにサービスも最高でした。ロケーションもコンビニ近いし、周辺も美味しいお店が多く、よかったです。. ありません

The staff were incredibly friendly to families, thanks to the owner for the care over the two days, the location was great, the room very comfortable and breakfast absolutely delicious; I’ll definitely book again next time I’m in Busan.
