“An experience about living in an appartment which we were not used to and to far from Modena”

The accommodation was adequate but not cozy; it turned out to be an apartment, which we didn’t anticipate, yet it had all the necessary facilities. We prefer not to stay in an apartment, and we also found it far outside Modena, which might be our mistake. Overall, the experience wasn’t bad.

In my view, since the property operates both as a residence and a hotel, it should at least provide the basic service found in any good hotel: an espresso machine or, at the very least, a kettle with a few tea bags or instant coffee.

The staff were very professional and the place was super clean; there were no complaints.

I stayed in a spacious, nicely furnished apartment with a parking garage and plenty of outdoor spots, but it was far from town and had no nearby restaurants; a coffee maker or kettle would have been a welcome addition.

“Super”

Despite the crowds, you have to park outside the ZTL zone; the Centro parking is very good. We were able to do our laundry, the bathroom wasn’t renovated but was clean, the staff were very friendly, and I recommend it. The kitchenette is perfect for a family.
