Villa Tuttorotto, a boutique hotel in Rovinj Old Town, occupies a historic building overlooking the harbour and Adriatic Sea. Air‑conditioned rooms blend antique décor with modern amenities, including minibar, safe, flat‑screen TV, and private bathrooms. Guests enjoy gourmet breakfast, a sunny balcony, a lounge with spirits, and an on‑site antiques shop. Walking distance to restaurants, shops, and 39 km to Pula Airport.

The staff, breakfast, and location were all outstanding. They drove us in a golf cart, accommodated us for breakfast (early ferry), and took us to the ferry. Unfortunately, we only stayed one night and had to leave early, so I would have liked more time to explore. The property’s location is unbeatable, and the dinner at La Mula was exceptional. It felt a bit pricey, but given the central spot it probably matches the market.
