The staff were welcoming and cheery. The rooms were fresh with lovely character. There was plenty of parking and a dinner option. The hearty breakfast was excellent. The shower might feel a bit tight for a larger person.

The room was comfortable, the right size, clean, beautifully decorated, with a comfortable bed, heating, and a fantastic welcome. The restaurant was good. The shower wasn’t practical.

The English pub was very nice with great food, a large courtyard, and accommodation. The staff were very friendly. The rooms were a bit small and dark (but not really a problem). The food took a bit of a wait both in the evening and at breakfast, but it was very nice, so worth the wait.
