“Scappate, sono sporchi e poco seri”
The spot is right in the city and close to a parking lot. When we got to the room, we discovered it was already occupied because the previous guest had decided to stay an extra night. Besides the worry of finding ourselves in a room that was already taken at midnight with all the risks that entails, the hostess only replied after we persisted (calls and messages to both help numbers) saying that she could do nothing for us. The keys are not even lock‑proof; literally anyone who stayed there one night could have them. So at 1 a.m. we were in a used room (dirty sheets and towels, even the bathroom) and the host told us to make do and sleep there because he couldn’t help us. On top of that, the air‑conditioning was on at 23 °C and we couldn’t turn it off because the remote didn’t work, we asked for help and got no reply. The room was tiny and dirty. I asked for a refund because I spent 73 € to sleep in a filthy room, fearing that I’d find a comfortable man in the room, and it didn’t feel fair; we were told, even by booking, that at most I’d get a 10 € voucher to use. In short, stay away, even from booking.
