We adored the warm welcome from our hosts; the garden setting was lovely and the house was furnished in a beautifully authentic period style, and our breakfast of fresh fruit and berries, coffee, followed by a veggie‑filled pancake wrap was absolutely delicious. Saying goodbye was the only downside—we’d have liked to stay longer.

At Hazelhouse you feel transported back in time; the house is lovingly detailed, the garden a dream, and we had the entire upper floor to ourselves. It was all super clean, very quiet, and we felt completely comfortable. The lovingly prepared breakfast was a highlight! We would come back anytime. Minke and Gerald, thanks for the warm hospitality in your jewel of a home!
