The food was quite lavish, there were many baths, and everything was private, which was great. For the baths that required a reservation, the staff was thoughtful and arranged the booking for us during dinner. The room layout was spacious and had a charming atmosphere, and the price was very affordable, giving a strong sense of value. However, insects appeared in the bath, but since it’s in the mountains, I thought it was unavoidable. In the reservation‑required bath, there were no insects at all.

“Expérience unique”

The overnight stay was pleasant in the heart of traditional Japan, and the hosts were very kind. Despite spending little time in the baths and the high cost of the night, a bathing tax was requested.

“Gorgeous onsen heaven”

The location was gorgeous with unlimited onsen options. The dinners were extravagant, featuring abundant fresh seafood and unique, local, fresh ingredients that my kids loved. The staff was incredibly helpful and accommodating, even though we don’t speak Japanese. We especially appreciated that they picked us up and dropped us off at the train station or bus stop for outings, and we felt completely cared for.
