“Okay, but not worth the hype”
The AC in our room took hours to cool down. Our screen door was broken and the lock was difficult to use. The shower was amazing with excellent water pressure. The bed was decent, but the pillows were cheap and hurt my neck. We loved the spacious sweet room that fit our family well. The bathroom was fine, no complaints. They set up our toddler bed and playpen before we arrived, complete with a proper mattress—something we hadn't seen on many trips. Breakfast was just okay, nothing special. Dinner was very lovely. The pool was freezing and opened late, though there was a kids pool. Our keycards didn’t work at first and the staff didn’t seem eager to fix it. The view from our room was probably the best part. They gave us a second blanket right away when we asked. The spa jacuzzi secretly cost 100 nis per person to use, which is insane. Overall, there were good and bad aspects.
