Pousada Paloma is situated 100 meters from Praia do Canto and 600 meters from Abraão's arrival pier, the main town of Ilha Grande, within a 10-minute walk. The hotel features 9 rooms, including doubles, triples, and quadruples, all equipped with a generator for backup power. Rooms offer a minibar, ceiling fan, air conditioning, and private bathroom with hot shower. A balcony and hammock are available in two quadruple rooms.

The room felt like it came straight out of a fairy tale, with a truly unique spot and a super colorful vibe. Breakfast was good and the staff were super friendly. The only downside was that the shower didn’t seem to have a hot or cold setting.

A pleasant place with incredibly friendly staff. It looks beautiful and everyone is very helpful. Through the reception you can book a transfer twice. The only issue was that we had two nights of noise from other guests who were outside on the patio.

We stayed 3 nights at Pousada Paloma at the start of October. The Pousada has a lot of charm, with red hues is niched between tropical trees and flowers! The room we stayed in was nice. The breakfast was very diverse and delicious, with a lot of fresh fruits, juices and baked cakes everyday. The Pousada is also a nice Italian inspired restaurant. If you love cats there is several within de Pousada’s property, they are calm and cuddly. Unfortunately the sun wasn’t with us during our stay, but the hosts’ kindness was just as bright!☀️ thank you for making this stay great and easy! Note: when you book at Pousada Paloma it is asked to pay the first half on advance via bank transfer and the other half upon your arrival. I had never done that before so I reached out to Booking to confirm that is was safe, and they reassured me it was perfectly normal. So you can go ahead and book that trip here!

Good location within walking distance to the center and other beaches. Good breakfast in a nice setting.

Breakfast on the terrace was impeccable. The room I rented for myself was very good, but the room for my children wasn’t the same category and had an odor that we couldn’t figure out where it came from. 😕☺️ It wasn’t nice. It’s a noisy area, you can hear everything from the street because it’s on a main road that leads to other inns and beach clubs. Still, our stay was lovely.
