كيف يقيّم النزلاء الفندق، جانبًا بجانب.
We liked the area with the grass field and the seating at the reception. We were disappointed that we didn’t receive the suite we had booked but instead got two “cubbies” after first being given a room with two beds. We could only get something else if we paid an extra IDR 200.000. The bedding wasn’t clean and we had to insist on a change. There was nothing to store items, no hooks, no chair, etc. No English was spoken.
