The staff were outstanding and the location was unbeatable for what I was looking for in San José. I have no complaints.

The on‑site restaurant is great, but the location is not ideal.

I’ve visited Auténtico many times over the years and it remains the best overall hotel in San José, with an amazing breakfast.
