“Absolutely the worst experience of my life”

I arrived with my reservation and confirmation, but they said they had no confirmation for me and no room available. Even after showing my email, they insisted there was nothing for me and sent me away at 12 o’clock, five hours from home. With no options within 30 miles at midnight, I had to sleep in my car.

There was no breakfast. The sign said the lobby was under renovation, and the whole hotel seemed to be in the middle of renovations. Everything could have been better; it was dirty. The management was initially pleasant, but when I asked for clean sheets and towels they became rude.
