The staff were very accommodating, yet the cleanliness left something to be desired.

“Very worst experience avoid this resort for god sake”

We checked in, used the room, and left within 10 minutes; the place smelled bad, the bathroom was dirty, and the room service behaved like goons—no refund was offered after we left.

“Location is good, room was ok but staff was not responsive!”

Location. There’s a lot of things I didn’t like about the property 1. No organization - no reception, no ID card check nothing very scary and risky to stay there. 2. Staffs never attended us when called! Power goes off every hour and horrible shower

I booked online using the photos and details shown, but the room I received was completely different from what was advertised, so I’m very disappointed and feel I wasted my money.
