Stargaze Forum Hotel Düsseldorf-Hilden

“Aangenaam verblijf”

Breakfast was great; the buffet kept refilling. Delicious scrambled eggs! A friendly and attentive lady in service, plus nice staff at the reception and in the hallways (cleaning crew). Compared to a few years ago, this hotel has clearly improved its quality—well done. On the flip side, the breakfast hall is a bit noisy, and a bit more upholstery would help. This is constructive feedback; we were satisfied guests.

“Für den Billigpreis ok, aber dem Preis halt auch entsprechend”

Breakfast was okay, but the TV lacks public‑broadcast channels. The shower has a curtain, and the room feels very unhygienic—water stains under the ceiling, very loud at night from the industrial area, and the view is awful.

“Good stay”

Easy automated check‑in (I arrived late and the reception was empty, but that wasn’t an issue) and check‑out. Breakfast buffet available. Overall good value.

The spot is good, but room 102 had a hole in the wall and the bathroom light was dim with a loud fan. Breakfast was just average and the price was cheaper than when I booked a few months ago. The room felt very dark with little lighting.

“Sehr lieb”

The staff were very kind and made the wait enjoyable. Breakfast was tasty with a wide selection, and the room could accommodate a baby bed. Despite being in an industrial area, it was quiet. Because it was trade fair season, the room was only ready around 16:30, and the bathroom wasn’t completely clean.
