The spot is unbeatable – you can walk to everything you need, the beds are comfy and the staff seem to be on top of keeping the place tidy. The downside is the street noise that starts creeping in around 7 am, and the housekeeping crew will take any items left out of place; if you complain you might never see them again because they hand them out to other staff members.

“Chouettos”

Fantastic location, right in the middle of everything, and the welcome from Cheng and especially Clemence was like sunshine – always friendly, full of tips and ready to help. The place stays fairly tidy thanks to the volunteer staff, which also keeps costs down. The only gripe is the music: it started out with a mixed playlist, but now it’s mostly Spanish songs on repeat, which feels a bit limiting.
