The staff were friendly. The hotel is clean. I enjoyed my stay. The complimentary tea at the reception was really nice. Nothing else.

Great stay and definitely worth the price. The hotel is very close to Haram Gate 1. It sits on a hill, but a golf cart is available so no worries. We stayed for 4 days and really enjoyed it. Breakfast was good, and the staff were very helpful and friendly. Special thanks to Sultan and the gentleman who checked us in, I don’t know his name, both were amazing and very accommodating. Our checkout was at 12:30 PM, but since our train to Madinah was at 5 PM, they generously let us stay until 3:30 PM instead of just keeping our luggage. We really appreciated this kind gesture. Thank you to the whole team. I would definitely love to stay here again!

قريب من الحرم و نظيف و سعر جيد في وقتنا و شباب الاستقبال لطيفين و متعاونين. صعدة للفندق لكن موفرين جولف

المكان نظيف و منظم و الاخوان في الاستقبال في الخدمة 24 ساعة ومتعاونين جدا ويوفرون كل ما تحتاجه و توصيلهم للحرم سريع و القولف متوفر بالخدمة طول ال 24 واخص بالذكر للاخوان صالح و سلطان خير من مثل الشباب السعودي متعاونين و خدومين الله يبارك فيهم و يجزاهم عنا كل خير. لا يوجد
