I was happy with the location, but when I opened the door I spotted mouse droppings, which was a real downer. The cleaning left a lot to be desired, and the only decent parts of the room were the TV and the air conditioner. The wooden furniture was moldy, which triggered severe allergies for me, and the bedsheet had stains. I didn’t see any staff around, though the receptionist was polite. I can’t honestly call this a 3‑star place.

“A delight in Vagator”

The hosts were super friendly and helpful, and the property itself is beautiful, roomy, spotless, and cozy. The pool area is clean and inviting, and there’s a large supermarket just a minute’s walk away. The area is packed with restaurants and shops, and the beach is only a 15‑minute walk. I’d definitely come back.

“Great stay at Jacks Resort”

The vibe was laid‑back and everything was spotless and well maintained. The staff, who run the hotel as a family, were genuinely nice. The pool was crystal clean, and breakfast was excellent. The spot was perfect for exploring Vagator and Anjuna, and it was a convenient base for the iconic Hill Top.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good, the pool area looked nice, and the room was a decent size.
