The location was good, the suite was comfortable with a nice bonus: under‑floor heating in the bathroom. I didn’t expect a hotel residence.

The hotel was excellent, the staff were friendly, and the location was superb.

The location is excellent, breakfast is extremely good, the beds are a bit small but very comfortable, and the rooms are also a bit small but have everything you need. Aside from one lady named Beyoncé and the cleaning service, everyone else is extremely unfriendly and can’t communicate in any language.

The place is in a great spot, less than a 5‑minute walk from Buckingham Palace and close to Victoria Station, and it’s quiet and safe with comfy beds and clean marble bathrooms that have heated flooring. We didn’t eat breakfast because there are cafés nearby. The living‑room couch is low and not very comfortable, and there isn’t enough crockery.
