“We came as guests and left as family”
Stepping into the shepherd's hut felt like a dream. The serene, quiet haven was the ideal escape from daily hustle. Suzi, our amazing host, shone brightly—always smiling, eager to help, and a pleasure to be around. I asked her to help plan a special proposal, and she went above and beyond. She's a true gem! Friday night, under a star‑filled sky with no light pollution, we spent hours watching shooting stars and soaking in the peace—an ideal setting for a magical moment. We even saw the Milky Way in full splendor. The Swedish hot tub was a delightful addition to this little slice of heaven in the Welsh countryside. With stunning views and a cozy atmosphere, it capped off our October Saturday perfectly. The hut itself was snug and comfortable, with a super warm bed and an electric blanket for chilly nights. The outdoor kitchen was a chef's dream: the gas grill made cooking effortless, and everything needed to prepare a tasty meal was there. Thanks, Suzi, for turning our dream vacation into reality. Leaving was incredibly hard! We’re already planning to make this a yearly trip. Looking forward to next year! Leaving was tough; my partner even cried.
