I’m staying for the fourth time and everything is great!

The view from the window is nice, but the staff are awful— I only saw them during check‑in. For three days the room was never cleaned, no trash taken out, no water refilled. It’s noisy, like a private house with children crying and playing until 4 am. I wouldn’t recommend it.

The room is spacious, but the walk to it is hard. The amenities are insufficient: no mini‑fridge, no mouth‑wash cup, no large water bottle, etc.

The view of the pine trees and coffee fields was amazing, and the location was well‑secured with friendly, smiling hosts. Nothing to complain about.
