The stay was great

Breakfast was okay and the lobby was clean, but I was not happy that we didn’t get the correct room we paid for; they told us we would have to contact the third‑party company we booked through! My husband and I are bigger‑sized people and we selected a certain room for those reasons and even paid extra, yet we didn’t receive the room we paid for, and we were also told there was a pool and there wasn’t.
