“Loved the Onsen facilities”
The bed was comfortable, the onsen facilities were excellent, and the location was very good. The pillows were quite hard, and the breakfast was okay; the buffet wasn’t great.

When I mentioned wanting to gather souvenirs, I was given a large paper bag for free, which was appreciated. The room was spacious, the shower booth was easy to use, and the toilet was separate and also roomy. The public bath and sauna alternate daily between men and women, so I wanted to bathe but couldn’t. The coin laundry had only four machines, many people were waiting, and it wasn’t until 12:30 am that I could finally use one; the service ended at 2:30 am, which was disappointing.

The hotel is very well located, the room is comfortable, and the spa is a major plus. The breakfast, however, is quite simple and lacks variety.

This was the best hotel we stayed at in Japan. The facilities were amazing—we loved the onsen and sauna. The value for money was excellent, so we kept looking for their hotels elsewhere in Japan. The rooms were big and clean, and I would definitely recommend it. The location is close to Kyoto Station, which is great, but it’s a 20‑plus minute walk from the city center.

The room was very spacious and well decorated. The windows faced a light patio, so natural light was limited.
