Walton Hall’s leisure facilities were a letdown, with many bees inside behind the fully windowed areas and it wasn’t clean. The family was large but the curtain was poor, with a stripe at the end. Reception service was also lacking. Breakfast was fine, but the room itself wasn’t clean and the overall care of the building seemed neglected. It was expensive to stay for just one night. My family was upset, so we left and went to Restarting Capri, which was good. The hotel needs a lot of improvement to be more attractive. I booked one night with free swimming and spa, but the information wasn’t clear and we had to pay for swimming without charge.
