The hotel, an old palace, sits in a great spot and the room was spacious and lovely, but the Wi‑Fi didn’t work in the room.

The building is charming and right in the historic center; the room was very clean and cozy, but it wasn’t soundproof—heavy footsteps from the upper floor at 1 am were audible, though at least the music from the town’s bars didn’t reach us.

The place feels very welcoming, cool, and authentically Apulian, with historic sections blending smoothly with modern furnishings for a comfortable, relaxing vibe, yet the lighting was too dim and there was no air conditioning even in the other areas of the quadruple room or the bed zone.

Breakfast was excellent and the staff were helpful and friendly, the location was central to the small town and close to shops and restaurants, but the bathroom—especially the toilet—had not been cleaned after the previous guests; cleanliness matters most to me, so that was disappointing. We arrived in the middle of the night, no one was there to ask for cleaning, so I had to scrub the toilet before my family used it 😔
