“Dogshow Bratislava”

The accommodation in the large sports complex in Bratislava pleasantly surprised us; everything was clean, the rooms were fine, the beds comfortable, and the breakfast excellent. It was a great option for dog owners, especially those attending the exhibition, and the check‑in was very easy. Traffic from the sports activities can be a bit busy during the day, but after 10 p.m. it was completely quiet, making it an excellent choice for exhibitors with pets.

I especially liked the young lady at reception (later with a baby); she was very friendly, explained everything well, helpful, and genuinely humorous—exactly what you want from hotel staff! Thanks again! The rooms were okay. The breakfast buffet was average; I’d replace the coffee machine with something newer because the coffee tasted like instant and wasn’t very good. The young lady at the breakfast buffet wasn’t very cheerful or on point. The most negative experience was the older blonde lady at early‑morning check‑out; she was not friendly at all, very curt, gave direct instructions, ignored me, and after everything seemed in order she gave a brief cold “okay” and immediately went back to her computer.

The room was beautiful and there were many activities available for an extra fee, but the location is inconvenient without transportation.

The room was spacious, the outdoor setting nice, and the staff friendly—especially the lady at reception—and the price was good. However, the TV wouldn’t turn on, and we were missing a fridge and a canvas.
